Collection

Collection for these items can be made between

• Date Wednesday 11th & Thursday 12th March 2020
• Time 9.00am to 4.00pm
• All Items from this Auction must be removed no later than -
• Date Thursday 12th March 2020
• Time 4.00pm
• Collection can only take place if full payment is received and your Coates Letter of Authority has been received.
• Lots will only be released when correct buyer details are provided (eg. full buyer name, auction and lot number).

Please note: Collection of this asset is subject to the below loading guidelines and all persons who do not follow these guidelines will be refused entry:

• Transport Companies are to report to the office
• Hi Vis – Long sleeve shirt, Long Pants, Safety Boots, Gloves and safety glasses must be worn whilst in the yard
• Trucks must have capacity and ability to carry equipment
• Lever type dogs (Restraint device) are banned from all Coates Hire sites – Ratchet style or similar accepted
• Drivers must adhere to Safe No Go Zones around vehicles
• Drivers must have competency to load equipment
• Trucks will not be allowed to load equipment on public roads.
• Children under the age of 16 will not be permitted on site
• It is a condition of entry that all persons entering the site comply with any directions given by Coates Hire staff their representatives or the site controller
• It is a condition of entry that all persons conduct themselves in a manner which does not endanger the health and safety of other persons on site, and which does not create a risk to health and safety
• All persons visiting site must be wearing fully enclosed shoes, preferably safety boots
• All visitors to site must report to main office or Stores upon arrival
• Packaging and collection of assets is the responsibility of the purchaser
• Delivery is not available for this auction

Please ensure all items are inspected before removing from the Coates Hire premises as no refund will be entered into after the item has been removed.

Items that remain uncollected at the end of the collection period may be deemed abandoned or Storage fees of $50 per day will be incurred by the buyer

Third Party Collection

Third party can collect won Lots on your behalf if the following information are provided:

• Copy of winner's email for each Lot.
• Scanned copy of the buyer's photo ID.
• Signed letter from buyer stating that the third party can collect the Lot on their behalf.
• Signed Coates Letter of Authority

The third party will be required to produce ID and sign for the Lots at pick up.
