These wines were subject to fire very close to the location of storage. Wines salvaged from the fire did show physical damage to the labels and outer surfaces but random testing on 5% of the sample from various locations (upper shelves middle shelves and lower shelves) in storage showed there was no loss of integrity to the wine as a result of the fire. The tasting panel was consisted of the vendor, a wine sommelier, two winemakers and one wine critique (identities of aforementioned will remain anonymous to protect privacy).

The wines are pickup from VIC. For interstate winners, Hilco Global Australasia has a partnership with Pack and Send South Melbourne that can assist you with making delivery arrangements.
